Refund policy

Icy Rose Jewellery is happy to replace any product(s) that are faulty/damaged on arrival or if you have received an incorrect item, Icy Rose Jewellery will cover the cost of return shipping. However please note, this is not applicable to change of mind or exchanges. If you change your mind or would like to exchange a product, you will be required to cover the postage for the return and reshipment. 

Please contact our customer care team to commence a return process at: hello@icyrosejewellery.com.au. We will require your order number and photographic proof for us to process your refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product within 3 months from the date when the product was shipped. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and if approved, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you had used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

In order to be eligible for a replacement, you will need to return the product within 3 months from the date when the product was shipped. The product must be undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and if approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product. No exchanges can be made.

Please note, our warranty period is for 3 months, from the date when the product was shipped to you, to the date you have contacted our customer service team. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 months from the day your order was shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
